Tang Dynasty Series

The graceful aesthetics of the Tang Dynasty and the connotation of the unity of nature and man bloom in the peonies like bathing in morning dew, conveying the artistic fragrance of divine culture.

The design inspiration of this series comes from the 2016 Shen Yun piece Tang Dynasty Grace. The ladies of the Tang Dynasty wear dignified and elegant chest-length skirts and elegant wide robes with wide sleeves. Legend has it that they are clothes from heaven. All the costumes in this dance are designed and made by designers from Shen Yun Performing Arts. The gorgeous and elegant color scheme and the peony pattern on the skirt also inspired the designers of Shen Yun Artworks: the blooming peonies were used as the theme decoration of this series, bringing the grace and elegance of the Tang Dynasty into the design.
